Tait understands college students.  As a faculty member (he’s been on faculty at four top-tier higher ed institutions), he realizes the pressures of the classroom and what it takes to succeed on the academic side of the college experience. As a former recruitment professional, Tait has seen what draws young adults to a university…and what turns them away.  And as a former student leader (Student Activities Board president, Fraternity president and Interfraternity Council president), he knows the obligations necessary to keep an organization thriving and members motivated.
